Etape Caledonia 2024

This closed road cycling event attracts thousands of riders from all over the country to take on one of the most breath-taking rides through the spectacular Scottish Highlands.

The three Etape Caledonia routes take in winding roads, tree-lined avenues, lochs, mountains and everything in between, allowing for moments of breath-takingly stunning views.

40 miles – The closed road route begins at Pitlochry, follows the forest-lined roads around Loch Rannoch and Loch Tummel, before heading downhill to Aberfeldy and finishing back at Pitlochry.

55 miles - This challenging but achievable distance is perfect for both experienced cyclists and those looking to push their limits. Be amongst the first to join the pack on this epic closed-road route.

85 miles – Technical and challenging in parts, this closed road course consists of the rolling hills and forest-lined roads around Loch Rannoch and Loch Tummel, combined with the demanding twisting climb of Mt Schiehallion (1083m).
