We’re asking you to sign up for our 100 Miles in May challenge

Do you think you could complete 100 Miles in May and fundraise for Scotland’s Charity Air Ambulance?

We’re asking you to sign up for our 100 Miles in May challenge. Walking, running, cycling, swimming, horse riding, using your wheelchair or a treadmill at home – it’s entirely up to you how you decide to complete your miles over the month.

It’s free to sign up to this challenge and you will receive a free challenge t-shirt once your JustGiving page is set up. In your welcome pack you will also receive a welcome card, activity tracker, and milestone posters you can use when snapping pictures of your progress.

Our spring challenge is a fantastic way to get moving, raise money for a vital charity, and stay motivated.

Previous SCAA challenges have showcased an incredible level of commitment from supporters all over Scotland and the challenge’s dedicated Facebook page grows into a positive and encouraging community throughout the month. Make sure to join the 100 Miles in May Facebook page to keep us and fellow participants updated with your progress.

The easiest way of fundraising for the 100 Miles in May challenge is to set up a fundraising page on Just Giving. We’ve made this process really simple to do – please click here to create your page, it will take all of 20 seconds!

This is your challenge, and we want you to do whatever works for you. So, if you feel you want to adjust your target to suit your lifestyle or ability then that’s okay!

The funds and awareness generated from SCAA’s 100 Miles in May challenge will make a huge difference to our life-saving charity. You will be helping to spread awareness and help us raise the extra £2 million needed to launch a new, more advanced helicopter air ambulance later this year.
